The Silver Dollar Bank is a bank in the Sangre Territory, the 1869 frontier setting of the free browser MMO Desperados Destiny.
The place itself
The most solid brick building in Whiskey Bend, a fortress of financial security in a lawless town. Ezekiel Crane, a reformed outlaw turned banker, knows every debt and secret in the territory. His Gray Ledger holds more power than any gun.
What you notice standing there
Heavy oak doors open into a marble-floored sanctuary of commerce. Polished brass fixtures gleam under gaslight. The massive vault door dominates one wall, a testament to security. Crane watches from his glass-walled office, his sharp eyes cataloging every transaction, every nervous glance, every secret carried through his doors.
Getting there
The Silver Dollar Bank is a bank; in the Town region. It carries real risk; travel here is not something to do underlevelled. Travel in Desperados Destiny costs energy and takes in-game time, and a route can be interrupted — the danger rating of the road feeds directly into how often that happens. Locations must be discovered before you can travel to them directly, and discovering one for the first time pays experience.
