Elder's Tent
Camp · Danger 1
Elder's Tent is a camp in the Sangre Territory, the 1869 frontier setting of the free browser MMO Desperados Destiny.
The place itself
The dwelling of Elder Speaks-With-Wind, keeper of Nahi history and wisdom. Every story of the people is preserved in his memory - victories, defeats, sacred places, and prophetic warnings. He sits by his fire, sharing knowledge with those who truly wish to learn, not merely observe.
What you notice standing there
A spacious hide tent filled with sacred objects - ceremonial masks, ancient weapons, painted hides depicting tribal history. A small fire burns constantly in the center. Elder Speaks-With-Wind sits on thick furs, his weathered face a map of decades lived. His voice is gentle but carries weight. Young Nahi come to learn their heritage; wise settlers come to understand what they are destroying.
Getting there
Elder's Tent is a camp; in the Sacred Lands region. It is low-risk country — trouble is possible but uncommon. Travel in Desperados Destiny costs energy and takes in-game time, and a route can be interrupted — the danger rating of the road feeds directly into how often that happens. Locations must be discovered before you can travel to them directly, and discovering one for the first time pays experience.
