El Vault is a bank in the Sangre Territory, the 1869 frontier setting of the free browser MMO Desperados Destiny.
The place itself
An underground bank where no questions are asked and records don't exist. Dead-Eye Diego protects your dollars with his life - and will take yours if you try to cheat him.
What you notice standing there
Heavy iron doors guard the entrance. Armed men watch from the shadows. The vault itself is said to be deeper than any mine, carved into the bedrock beneath the city.
Getting there
El Vault is a bank; in the Town region. It is dangerous country, and the roads to it are worse than the place itself. Travel in Desperados Destiny costs energy and takes in-game time, and a route can be interrupted — the danger rating of the road feeds directly into how often that happens. Locations must be discovered before you can travel to them directly, and discovering one for the first time pays experience.
