The place itself
The fortress-palace of El Rey Martinez rises above the Frontera like a monument to defiance. Behind its heavy oak doors, the outlaw king holds court, dispensing his own brand of justice and plotting the revolution that will reshape the frontier.
What you notice standing there
Revolutionary flags hang from stone walls stained with the blood of traitors. Maps of the frontier cover war tables while armed revolucionarios stand at attention. The air crackles with the energy of men who believe they can change the world through violence.
Getting there
El Palacio de Rey is a elite club; in the Town region. It is among the most dangerous ground in the Territory. Travel in Desperados Destiny costs energy and takes in-game time, and a route can be interrupted — the danger rating of the road feeds directly into how often that happens. Locations must be discovered before you can travel to them directly, and discovering one for the first time pays experience.
