Black Market Bazaar is a hideout in the Sangre Territory, the 1869 frontier setting of the free browser MMO Desperados Destiny.
The place itself
A warehouse converted into a criminal marketplace. "Whisper" Chen controls the flow of stolen goods, contraband, and illegal items. If it's hot, he'll fence it. If it's banned, he'll sell it.
What you notice standing there
Dim lanterns reveal crates of mysterious goods. Everything smells faintly of gunpowder and tobacco. Shadowy figures examine merchandise, speaking in hushed tones. Armed guards watch from the rafters. No questions asked, no names recorded.
Getting there
Black Market Bazaar is a hideout; in the Town region. It is dangerous country, and the roads to it are worse than the place itself. Travel in Desperados Destiny costs energy and takes in-game time, and a route can be interrupted — the danger rating of the road feeds directly into how often that happens. Locations must be discovered before you can travel to them directly, and discovering one for the first time pays experience.
