Gathering Lodge is a trading post in the Sangre Territory, the 1869 frontier setting of the free browser MMO Desperados Destiny.
The place itself
The heart of Kaiowa Mesa where the people come together. Stories are shared around the central fire, trade agreements are negotiated, and the bonds of community are strengthened through shared meals and conversation.
What you notice standing there
Warm firelight dances on the walls adorned with tribal symbols. The smell of cedar smoke and cooking stew fills the air. Elders share stories while traders negotiate quietly in the corners.
Getting there
Gathering Lodge is a trading post; in the Town region. It is low-risk country — trouble is possible but uncommon. Travel in Desperados Destiny costs energy and takes in-game time, and a route can be interrupted — the danger rating of the road feeds directly into how often that happens. Locations must be discovered before you can travel to them directly, and discovering one for the first time pays experience.
