El Arsenal is a blacksmith in the Sangre Territory, the 1869 frontier setting of the free browser MMO Desperados Destiny.
The place itself
The revolution's beating heart - a fortress warehouse stacked with enough weapons and explosives to arm a small army. Dynamite Miguel and Sergeant Cole maintain the arsenal with military precision, preparing for the war they know is coming.
What you notice standing there
The sharp smell of gun oil and powder fills the air. Rifles line the walls like soldiers at attention. Crates marked with revolucionario symbols are stacked to the ceiling. Every sound echoes with the promise of violence to come.
Getting there
El Arsenal is a blacksmith; in the Town region. It is dangerous country, and the roads to it are worse than the place itself. Travel in Desperados Destiny costs energy and takes in-game time, and a route can be interrupted — the danger rating of the road feeds directly into how often that happens. Locations must be discovered before you can travel to them directly, and discovering one for the first time pays experience.
