A half-mad bandit who has been on the flats too long. His skin is cracked white, his lips are bleeding, and he will rob anyone he finds for water, dollars, or salt to trade for water.
What you are walking into
Sun-Bleached Drifter is level 3, carries 32 health, and is classed Vulture. That makes it an early-game threat, reachable in your first sessions. It fights straightforwardly, which makes it a clean read on whether your current build actually works. Every exchange resolves through the Destiny Deck: you draw five cards, choose what to hold, and the resulting poker hand decides how the action lands.
