A kill pays 156 experience and between $5 and $13. Its loot table can yield Elder Catamount Claw, Cougar Pelt and Animal Sinew. Drops are rolled per kill, so a full set takes repeat hunting. The first time you kill any species it is also recorded in your Field Guide, which pays a large one-off experience bonus and counts toward the Guide's completion milestones.
